Privacy notice

Last updated 19 October 2026.

This notice explains how More Input Ltd ("we") uses personal information you give us through this website.

What we collect

If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and any company name, phone number and message you choose to include. We also record the date and time and the IP address the message was sent from, to help us block spam. Like most websites, our server keeps short-lived logs of requests, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, if you become a client, the contract between us. Your message reaches us by email, so it passes through our email provider, which processes it on our behalf. We don't sell your information, add you to mailing lists, or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years, unless they lead to work for you, in which case we keep them for as long as we need them for that work and for our legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. When you open the contact form, the site sets one strictly necessary security cookie that protects the form from forged submissions. It is a session cookie: your browser discards it when you close it, and it is not used to identify or track you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Please use the contact form. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
